Newly-promoted League One side Accrington Stanley have completed the signing of striker Offrande Zanzala from Derby County for an undisclosed fee, the club have today confirmed.
The 21-year-old has signed a two-year deal at the Wham Stadium. He is a powerful player who can hold the ball up.
Zanzala spent the second half of last season on loan at the Lancashire club, scoring one goal in his six outings.
The Congo-born striker joined Derby County as a 12-year-old but never made a senior appearance for the club. He made his professional debut whilst on loan at Stevenage in 2016 and also had a loan spell at Chester.
Offrande Zanzala had been playing well for the Derby under-23s during the first half of last season which included a brace in the 5-1 thrashing of their West Ham counterparts at the London Stadium back in November.
Accrington Stanley start their 2018-19 League One campaign at home to Gillingham on Saturday.
